The Harlow Top & Dress is the perfect staple pattern. The ruffled neckline and cap or flutter sleeves provide year round wear. Princess seams allow for a chic look. The bodice is finished in the back with a zipper (detailed instructions are included for a traditional zipper).
The dress features options for a full gathered skirt or a pleated skirt and the peplum top has a short circle skirt. Create a Mommy and Me look and create both the Harlow Misses and Kids! Harlow Misses is pictured in this listing, but is not included in the Harlow Children's tutorial.
