Elodie is a timeless dress that features a sweetheart neckline and optional illusion bodice top. The bodice can be created sleeveless or with a darling puff sleeve! Elodie can also feature an everyday version that omits the illusion neckline and instead features a coordinating fabric in the inset.
The Elodie skirt is full and the entire dress (including skirt) can be fully lined for a professional inside finish. An optional full bow is included for the perfect finish. Elodie features a zipper back closure, instructions are included that make installing zippers a breeze!

Last minute purchase
I decided at the last minute (two days before) to make this dress for my daughter for a wedding. I had already made my older daughter the Abriella dress (she was a flower girl) and I felt bad my little one didn’t match! I have enough fabric remaining from the other dress so I decided to attempt this pattern. As always it was easy to follow, and it all went together perfectly! I altered the bodice accordingly to account for the limited amount of lace fabric I had, but it still had the same sweetheart neckline and sleeves, but nothing was sheer. I went back and added the bow (I initially left it off to save time) but I HIGHLY recommend the bow. It really helps snug in the waistline for a more tailored look. It was darling!

Perfect for Baptism Dress
I recently used this pattern as the base for a lace baptism dress. The only change I made was to add a high low hem to provide a train at the back of the dress. It turned out beautifully and my client was thrilled!

I am making 3 Elodie dresses, a size 4, size 5 and a size 6-12 months for 3 sisters. I didn't have many patterns for small girls since my granddaughter wear the children sizes. I love your patterns because when my granddaughter needs a larger size I print another pattern size and I am set to go. I have learned so much about putting together a pattern that once I have gone through the instructions, the directions are very clear.I attached the 3 dresses that I am working on. Still have a few things to do.They are Easter dresses.

Purchase was simple, and downloading, printing out, and assembling was a breeze. I enjoy the downloadable patterns, though only printing the pattern of the dress will save your ink. *the download comes with instructions too!* I have only sewn from a pattern a handful on times, but it has been my favorite project yet.
