• Lilly - The Lilly Petal Shorts are so quick and easy!  Lilly will soon be the staple of your girls summer wardrobe.  The Lilly shorts are fully lined for a professional finish.  Instructions are provided to attach pom-poms, lace, bias trim, fabric ruffles and other decorative trims.
