The Scarlett 18" Doll sewing pattern is a fun Skirt and Petti-Skirt set . The Scarlett Skirt is comprised of two overskirt options: Plain & Pleated (Both of these options can have a ribbon tie-up.) and two petti skirt options: Full & Ruffled.
They are created separately to allow multiple overskirts to be made for the bottom petti skirt. The overskirts can each be created in as little as 30 minutes!
Scarlett has a flat front waist back waist elastic to allow for ease of fit and comfort during wear.
