Violette 18" Doll sewing pattern is our most glamorous dress yet!  Violette is absolutely perfect for special occasions, flower girl dresses, photoshoots, pageants, tea parties and for making any girl just feel like a princess. The Violette bodice features princess seams and a tailored fit.  The front has a lovely boatneck and the back bodice has a dramatic scoop.

The Violette skirt is an absolute show-stopper!!!  The Violette skirt can be created three different ways: a very full tulle skirt, a slim tulle skirt or a fabric skirt option. Instructions are also included to create a two and three-tiered tulle versions.

Our tutorial features tips for cutting, gathering and sewing with large yardages of tulle.  Our technique for attaching and sewing the tulle skirt allows for extremely full skirts without pushing your sewing machine to the limits.
