Instructions are provided to attach pom-poms, lace, bias trim, fabric ruffles and other decorative trims. The possibilities are endless!!
The Lilly shorts have a slim to moderate fit and a low rise waistband. The waistband is elastic, but we teach you how to do a faux "flat front" waistband. The elastic allows for comfort and ease of fit.
The Lilly shorts can be casual or dress them up for any occasion.
