I was thrilled with the way this dress turned out and my granddaughter loved it too!
I LOVE Juniper. I made 5 (one in doll, baby, girl, tween and misses)! I love the finished product however I had trouble figuring out how to cut the sleeve cuffs for the stretch to go in the correct direction. Also, I did not like that some of my clear elastic for the waistband was visible from the front of the dress. I ended up disregarding the pattern directions for this and just putting it inside the dress. But, I will definitely be making more Junipers as it is versatile, cut and comfy!
This is a great pattern for a quick and easy dress and has awesome twirl.
For my first project using knit, this was a great pattern to start with. I made dresses for my daughter and I for Christmas Card pictures. I love a pattern that works well for both of us.
