Love this pattern!
I really enjoyed making the Ashton dress. I used Liberty of London and it turned out so beautiful. I had a little bit of problems with the hem/casing, but once I sewed it and ran the elastic through, it resolved itself. Will make this again for sure!

Beautiful as always!
These styles never fail to disappoint. I really appreciate how the measurements for the rectangular skirt are indicated so those pieces don’t have to be printed and assembled. Made assembly very fast and easy.

Wonderful Pattern
I was surprised at how easily this dress came together. It is so cute. I love the design of the sleeve.

Very cute but...
This dress was very cute when I finished it. I struggled some with the flutter sleeves. I feel like there needs to be better and more clear instructions on this part of the pattern. Now that I know what I did wrong, I have notes on this pattern so that I won’t struggle again.

Amazing sleeves
I really enjoyed sewing ashton and the final result is amazing. Those sleeves are a must. Hoping to sew more ashton with flutters for the summer.

Fantastic and adorable pattern!
I love the dress I made from this pattern, my niece is going to love her Christmas present! Well written and explained, and the pictures were very useful

Ashton
The Ashton pattern was a pleasure to sew, as typical of VFT, it was beautifully detailed with pictures and excellent instructions. Thank you for your continued commitment to excellence.

Best quick dress ever!
It was a pure pleasure, but I would add a plaquet to the skirt for extra comfort putting it on or taking it off.

Ashton dress
This pattern was so easy to execute. I made 2 dresses in one day for my granddaughters as part of their Christmas presents. I will definitely use that pattern again.

I loved this pattern. The design was unique and as always your instructions were easy to follow. I will be making this again

Ashton dress
I love all of the VFT patterns. I’ve only been seeing a year self taught and the patterns are beautifully written and the final piece is always beautiful.
Beautiful dress!
Instructions were simple to follow and the dress turned out beautiful - looking forward to making more variations of it!

Ashton
Wow! I really enjoyed putting this dress together. It's my new favorite Violet Fields Threads pattern. I made it out of Liberty of London and it came out stunning. The only part I had a tiny bit of trouble with was the hem and elastic around the sleeve. It seemed to resolve itself once I ran the elastic through the casing. Making more of these for my granddaughter.

Beautiful!
This was super cute! And not too hard or time consuming. I’ve made the dress and the top. The top I made out of jersey, so it was a bit tricky working with a difficult fabric. I had to use my walking foot and a stretch stitch. But it turned out adorable.

Probably My Favorite!
I am a huge fan of vintage looks, and Ashton has all the vintage charm you could want and then some! I sewed up the 3/4 sleeves, but my model styled it with the sleeves pushed up and puffed up, looking even cuter. The bodice is perfect for embroidery! It seems intimidating at first because the sleeve construction is so different, but it was fast and so fun to sew!

Great, Easy Pattern.
Excellent. I have made several dresses from this pattern and still have a few more to make. Well designed pattern. Smart order of steps
