The Julianna skirt is a full circle and provides plenty of twirl. We will show you how to use clear elastic to make the dress durable and beautiful every time. Julianna can be sewn up in just about one hour, making it easy and fun.

I love this dress pattern! And i really appreciate the Tips for Sewing! I have never sewed stretchy knits before, but your instructions were very clear and extremely helpful. I'm just finishing up my second Julianna twirl dress (for my granddaughters) and they both look fabulous. I had a rough time trying to figure out how to fold the fabric to cut the skirt. It would have been helpful to have a more detailed description of this step.

I would much rather have a traditional pattern rather than a PDF. It's a pain in the neck to put it all together and I like the thinner paper on regular patterns. I would pay more just for a real pattern. I don't think I'll use the download again, or at least very often. Cute patterns though. Thanks.

I discovered using a lower tension, one,really made a difference. The dresses are adorable; waiting until Christmas to see how they fit. I’ve purchased fabric to sew as tops for the other two granddaughters. The overall experience was positive. I liked working with fewer pattern pieces and no zippers or buttons.
