I could not have downloaded and assembled the pattern without the video tutorial, but after getting the pattern cut out, everything went beautifully. The pattern is meticulously designed and the dress went together like a dream. My granddaughter is an attendant in two different weddings this spring. I made the closed-back style in two different fabric combinations and colorways, and lengthened the hem. Fun sewing!
I made this dress for my daughter's grade 6 graduation.. she absolutely loved it, and I found it surprisingly easy to make (because of your thorough instructions!). Thanks so much.
I couldn’t wait to make this pattern. I made the largest size size for a tween granddaughter who loved it. So simple to make. No zipper no buttons! Naturally the little cousin had to have one too. They were both thrilled with there new Violette Fields.
