Matilda is an adorable peasant style dress that is perfect for layering for wearing alone. There are five sleeve options: flutter, short sleeve, and an elbow length sleeve that can be finished three ways: elastic row at the top, elastic row at the bottom, or double elastic row. Matilda features a full skirt that falls just at the top of the knee cap. This dress uses a clever way to finish an inside encased elastic waistband so not only is it nicely fitted on your little one, but comfortable, too!
This closet staple is a year round favorite! With all the different sleeve lengths and the super fast sewing time, you'll find yourself whipping up the Matilda every season!
