The ruffles extend down the back straps, which close attach to the back skirt with a button closure. For an entirely different look, omit the ruffle and use pom-pom trims!
The Savannah skirt has plenty of twirl. This clever dress does not have a back bodice, but rather the back skirt extends all the way to the top and features elastic for a comfy fit. Savannah is has fully enclosed seams on the bodice and waist, making it beautiful to gift and sell.

TBH I thought this was going to be harder. When I first read through the instructions I was concerned it was beyond my abilities but I think the detailed instructions and large colour photos really helped. It was far easier than I had originally thought it would be and best of all my little girl adores it <3

I love your pdf patterns and how easy they are to follow especially for me as a new sewer. This dress is beautiful when finished and an easy wear for my daughter in the hot summer months. I would love in the future if more instructions were provided for all the style variations in the photos - like without the ruffle for example. First attempt at a woven dress
My daughter found some dino fabric she LOVED at HL, I searched for about two weeks before I found a pattern I loved, the Savannah. From cut to sewn it took me under 3 hours (and that's while parenting two toddlers) love it so much!
