the twirl on this perfect summer dress is AHHHMAZING! and I especially love this pattern because it taught me some new techniques which is always such a bonus to VFT!
I loved creating with this dress pattern. So lovely and so many ways to personalize the bodice
stylish & well loved
This dress is well designed, and the instructions are easy to follow. It fits well and is well loved.
oh my goodness
Shiloh is soooo adorable, easy to follow along especially with the sew-a-long videos!! I have made 3 already and can't wait to make more.
I liked the pattern, it was a bit challenging, glad I had the SAL as a resource. I made the button back with a simple skirt and was pleased with the results.
Beautiful Summer Style
I love getting options from one pattern and with Shiloh I definitely got two of the best styles for summer in one pattern. Its easy to follow instructions make it a breeze to whip up this dress that just screams to be twirled! I made both options right away and they BOTH are my favorite! I call that a win, win!
Skirt length too short in 4T
This is not my favorite dress. I don't have my granddaughter here to try it on her, but it appears that it runs very small. I know the suggestion is to measure her, however, that's not as easy as it should be. Busy Momma with newborn and 3 year that doesn't always like to cooperate. I took my chances and went with her current size 4T. She's not chubby or extra thin, just what I would call a normal size. The skirt is VERY short and I need to come up with a plan to lengthen it. I plan to use piping and add the boarder print to the bottom.
My daughter loves her dress!
This is such a sweet dress for the summer warm months. I am not the best at sewing so it took me a quite a bit of time to finish them. But I was making two of them during the week long sew along. But it was so worth it. My daughter loves it and I cannot wait to see my niece’s face when she gets her dress. :) I did get a little faster at sewing it the second time around. I would suggest reading all instructions once before starting so you have a basic idea of What you will be doing.
Beautiful dress, pattern made it easy to sew
This dress had a lot of complicated parts but the pattern made it easy to sew! I was able to make this dress in a few hours. Highly recommend.
I'll make a hundred of this dress!
I made the dress with the button at the back. The instructions were easy to follow. My little girl loves it!

This dress is beautiful
I am confident sewer, the pattern was easy to follow I did use the sew along videos for some parts as the instructions were a bit confusing but overall would make the dress again and the fit is lovely I have had so many compliments if my daughters dress.
I purchased as my 1st pattern after seeing a huge amount of seamstresses in your Facebook group making it. I would put myself at a basic to intermediate sewing level. It took me 2 full days of cutting, pining, review to accomplish, but Was super proud that I did. I love how well the directions are wrote and when you can't figure it out, there is a huge support group on FB. I will be investing In more patterns in the future. My daughter Loved the final product.
I love VFT!
I have used these patterns for the past 7 years for my daughter. They are the only patterns I see. I recently purchased the beautiful Shiloh only to realize my daughter now needs tween sizes. Thank you for such easy to understand, beautiful patterns.
