Vft patterns are the best and Viola was no exception. Easy to understand instructions and pictures. My girl loves her new viola dress and I bought the doll dress too. The doll dress used a little more then a fat quarter and is adorable.

Another great pattern from VFT
The directions for this pattern were great. I made a dress with a flounce and serged the outer part of the circle and it was so easy and quick to hem. The dress was sized perfectly for the 5 yo I made it for and she loved it. Everything came together so nice and easy. This was my fourth VFT pattern make and I am in love with these patterns.

In love with this pattern. Instructions are easy to follow. Previous patterns have included what pages need printing for certain options, would be handy to perhaps include that on this one though?

My grand-daughter (10 years) and I made this beautiful dress together. I focused on her reading directions then carrying through. It was a very positive experience as instructions were so easy to understand. She has only sewn one other item before, a skirt, so I was happy this experience was so positive for her. I suspect she will soon be sewing on her own!
