Mostly fine. Needed a bit of help.
Chose to put buttons on the front, worked out fine. Struggled a bit with the sleeve in folding it over to create a casing. I eventually overlocked the curve and pressed a fold for the casing. Fortunately it does look neat. I have not been able to try it on a six year old, as I make to sell at craft markets. Will have to wait until someone wants to try it on their little girl.
I have so many patterns from VFT and they are all amazing. I used this one to make flower girl dresses and they turned out perfectly. The only thing I will say is that I wish there was an option for a button closure instead of a zipper, but that’s really just because I hate doing zippers 😂
Well written and the sizing was true. I will be buying from your company again.
Great directions and sweet pattern. Had not done tiers before. Gathering took longer than I expected, learning curve, lol.

Suuuuuper cute!!
I loved this pattern. The 3 tiered skirt choice was honestly a lot of work, but I love how it turned out! Unfortunately, sister got the peplum top cause I didn’t have it in me to do 2! The instructions were perfect and helpful. This was above my sewing level but you made it easy!
Fabulous pattern
My first time inserting a zip to a dress but all my fears disappeared after following the instructions. So clear and complete steps. Thank you for the lovely pattern

Evangeline top and dress
I’m a quilter and thought this would be an easy pattern to put together. Wrong! It was the most difficult pattern I’ve ever sewn. That being said, it was so cute when I finally finished it. Quilting is not the same as garment sewing.
details of the pattern
I would have liked to have notches on the pattern to properly place the sleeves for example. I think the finishing of the seams on the inside of the garment was poor and not very neat. Dress looked very pretty from outside and the pattern itself was very good and instructions were clear. But I would like the dress to look professional even from inside.
Great pattern
The pattern was easy to transcribe onto pattern paper for each individual size. We went up the sizes as it was made for a 3 year old and the 5T was spot on for UK sizes Definitely will be getting more in future
Great Pattern for a Gorgeous Dress
Pattern was very straightforward and easy to follow. Fit was spot on. I will definitely be making more in the future.
Evangeline
Such a quick and easy sew. Was scared of bias binding but it was not bad
