Ya he realizado un vestido con este patrón y ha quedado precioso, la niña estaba guapísima. Sería fantástico contar con las instrucciones en español.
So far, great. In the process of making it for the first time.
Dress turned out beautifully. I would recommend this pattern only for very experienced sewists. I found many of the instructions strange. I made changes based on my experience for a more professional looking finished garment. For example, instructions direct to: Sew the skirt hem prior to sewing the back the seam. Sew the skirt main and lining separately to the bodice. Zipper instructions were like none I’ve ever encountered for a lined garment. Also, there are no instructions for securing/the main bodice and lining bodice together. Instructions have bodice linkng connected to main bodice only at the zipper. There is also no instruction on how to handle the bottom of the ruffles where the bodice and skirt connect.
The dress is amazing and as usual the directions were good. A few suggestions for improvement - it is a pdf so page count does not matter. Do two complete sets of directions, one for sheer overlay and one for just the dress. Also I was not sure how to handle the short edges of the ruffle, easy enough for me as an experienced sewer but a possible source of confusion for others. Last, please include a table of contents or interactive index for a pattern this long. That way you could jump past parts you do not need.
Love this pattern. There are so many ways to individualize it according to what the Princess likes.

Gorgeous dress, pattern a bit confusing

Lovely flattering pattern
Excellent as always. Clear instructions. Only gripe is that the patterns always come up small if you cut by age. Accurate measurements of the child are paramount to determine which size to cut.
Sizing
The pattern was not true to size so I had to altar the bodice to fit my almost 4 year old granddaughter. With the exception of incorrect sizing the pattern was easy to use. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. I did not use a regular zipper but put in an invisible zipper because I didn't like the zipper showing with such a grand bow that was a showstopper. The dress was beautiful on my granddaughter who was the flower girl.
