Paisley is the perfect little pinny that can be layered over any of our dresses. The bodice features a soft scoop neckline with optional side ruffles and has a button and loop closure at the back.
There are TWO different closure options at the sides - sweet ties or double button tabs! The skirt can be created plain or with a bottom ruffle. And, Paisley brings a new pocket style to join the vft pocket library to add to the front skirt if desired. This really is the perfect little pinafore for all your fairytale adventures!!

Just starting to make my 5 yr old grand daughter "Chloe" her Christmas dress along with 3 dresses for the Far Northern Yukon. Our eldest daughter is a bush pilot in the North and has 2 close friends with small children. Food is terribly expensive up there and kids diets are mostly carbs, therefore clothing needs to fit bigger. No clothing stores within 6-7 hour drive away. These little girls count the days till their dresses arrive and the past 2 years I have used the same boring pattern. Now I,m excited as I know they will be. Your patterns are amazing. I,m a senior of 66 years and when I was your age I actually did my own line of reversible kids clothing line "Tots Togs" I know from experience the hard work each pattern takes and truly appreciate having to find clear , well organized instructions to make something special that means the world to those that have little!!
Looking back when I was in grade 4 one vivid memory to this day I hold dear to my heart was a girl in my class that always wore the most colourful beautiful dresses around. She sparkled from her mother's love of sewing!
So thank you. I will for sure send you some pictures if you wish.
Cheers, Patti Morris
